Janet Leverson

Senior Project Architect

Janet’s resume includes a long and diverse list of project types for a pool of discerning clients.  Her management style includes involvement in every phase of the architectural process from affordable multifamily projects to high-end private residences as well as commercial projects.

Having lived and worked in Aspen since 1987, she takes advantage of all the valley has to offer from tennis in the summer to cross country skiing in the winter.

Oscar Carlson

Project Manager

After completing his education and internships along the east coast he moved to the aspen valley to start his professional career and never left. Since moving to the valley Oscar has been involved with all types of architecture and scale of construction, from managing large resort projects to small municipal utility buildings.

He enjoys most of all being on site working with consultants coordinating efficient/constructible building solutions that maintain design integrity.

When not in the office you can find oscar hiking with his dog, skiing or in the studio getting back into the arts.

Anna Reynoso

Project Manager

Anna has been practicing architecture in the Roaring Fork Valley since 2015. Her professional experience includes new construction residential + renovation projects, commercial tenant improvements, ski lodges, and play spaces for children with physical, sensory, and cognitive disabilities.

Her design approach is inspired by sustainable solutions and influenced by art and the natural environment. She believes that successful projects emerge and unfold when buildings and nature work together. She looks at every new project as an opportunity to be shaped, through the use of materials and the lens of intellectual curiosity, into functional forms and spaces. Anna is a strong proponent of engaging with the community.

In her free time, she enjoys many seasonal activities including snowboarding/ skiing, hiking, rafting, and backpacking.

Tristan Francis

Project Manager

Tristan comes from a long line of skilled carpenters and builders — hands-on creators who instilled in him a deep respect for craft and place. After studying architecture at Cal Poly, he spent formative years on the West Coast working in adaptive reuse of historic buildings and international design competitions before relocating to the Roaring Fork Valley.

As a licensed architect in the state of Oklahoma, Tristan brings his grounded, place-based sensibility to the firm.

To Tristan, architecture is a place where human culture and natural landscape are energetically joined together. He believes that thoughtful design has a transformative effect on individual lives and entire communities.

When he’s not at the drawing table, Tristan is usually outdoors with his partner and young son—walking, biking, running, camping, or keeping an eye out for excavators, diggers, and dump trucks.

Jackson Kruse

Project Designer

After graduating from the School of Environmental Design at the University of Colorado Boulder, Jackson started his career with a drive to explore how the built environment shapes our collective lifestyle and social cohesion. Growing up in the Roaring Fork Valley has inspired him to take on a career where he can make an impact on the sustainable growth of the place he calls home.

Jackson’s design approach centers around holistic systems thinking, emphasizing the interplay between infrastructural and ecological networks and their relationship with the broader built environment.

Aside from Jackson’s professional aspirations, he enjoys spending time in the mountains, skiing, biking, kayaking, rafting, fishing, climbing, and camping.

Sanskruti J. Kakadiya

Project Designer

After completing her undergraduate studies at the SCET Faculty of Architecture in her hometown of Surat India, Sanskruti acquired an architectural master’s degree from Syracuse University and began her community-oriented design career at SITE. Originally from India, her diverse cultural experiences have shaped her unique design perspective. She believes that successful architecture is a thoughtful blend of contextual awareness, technical precision, and human-centered design.

Her approach centers on exploration of multidisciplinary mediums—combining hand sketches and digital modeling to style space grounded in context. She is especially interested in projects that balance aesthetics with technical clarity.

Fluent in five languages, Sanskruti brings a broad cultural lens to her work. When not designing, she enjoys swimming and is excited to start skiing and learning how to golf as she settles into mountain life.

Tilly

Office Mascot

Tilly, the Site Architects official office mascot, is a rescue pup, originally from Texas who braved a rough road for the first couple years of her life and is now on easy street with lots of treats, pets and snuggles at the office and all over town. We wouldn’t be the same without her emotional support contributions to the office.
